We are one of the few offices in the area that will work with our patients financially to make sure that they receive the treatment they need regardless of the cost. We strive to educate our patients first so they may understand their treatment and the ways they can improve their lives through prevention. Lastly, I am happy to announce we offer sedation dentistry in every office for those patients who have a hard time getting numb, those with high anxiety and those of you who desire complete mouth restoration but do not want to have multiple appointments. Dr. Grand has dedicated more than 13 years to providing families in our community with quality dental care for a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles. Dr. Grand is originally from Baton Rouge but now lives in Mandeville. He spent four years in the United States Navy as an aircraft electrician. After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Dr. Grand accepted a scholarship to the Centenary College of Louisiana, where he received his bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Grand went on to earn his dental degree from the LSU School of Dentistry. Anyone who has been treated by Dr. Grand can appreciate his honesty, wit and strong sense of family values. He makes the trip to the dentist worthwhile!
Outside of the office, Dr. Grand enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, William and Andrew, and participating in outdoor activities.

Dr. Causin is originally from the West Bank, however, she lived in St. Bernard, Louisiana, with her family until the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Afterward, she relocated to the North Shore with her husband and their two sons. This is where she partnered her practice with Grand Family Dentistry, continuing to give the best dental care possible to the people in this community. She and the other doctors have come together with organizations such as Dentistry From The Heart and Dreams Come True Foundation, donating over 65,000 dollars of dental care to those less fortunate. Dr. Causin is dedicated to not only cosmetic transformations but the overall health and well-being of every patient she sees.

Mollie McCabe, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Mollie McCabe grew up in Iowa and moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where she graduated from Creighton University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2004. Dr. McCabe went on to earn her dental degree from the Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2008. After graduating, Dr. McCabe practiced in Omaha, before moving to Mandeville, Louisiana, in 2015. Dr. McCabe started with Grand Family Dentistry in June and has been a great asset to our team. Dr. McCabe is trained in Invisalign® clear aligners, BOTOX® and fillers. Dr. McCabe prides herself on the relationships she builds with her patients and believes in focusing on each patient as a person, not only a mouth.
Outside of the office, Dr. McCabe enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, their two sons, Declan and Cullen, and their dog, Riley.

Victoria Heflin
Office Coordinator
Victoria is from Slidell, Louisiana. She is eager to help others and wants to make your experience at Grand Family Dentistry as comfortable as possible. Victoria goes above and beyond for each and every patient and can help assist you with anything from scheduling and insurance to billing questions. We are so thankful to have Victoria as a part of the Grand Family team!
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending quality family time with her husband and their two children, Blaine and Sophia.
Kacey Sadowski, RDH
Hygiene Coordinator
Kacey grew up in New Orleans and moved to Mandeville during high school, graduating from Mandeville High in 1995. She then went on to Northeast Louisiana University where she received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Kacey has been a dental hygienist for almost 20 years, and she has been working with Grand Family Dentistry for 10 years now. When Kacey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and taking her dogs for long walks.
Alicia Graham, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Alicia grew up on the North shore and has been here her entire life. She graduated from Pearl River High School in 2014 and then went on to graduate from the University of Louisiana Monroe where she received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Alicia has been a hygienist since 2019 and has been with Grand Family Dentistry since 2021. When Alicia is not working, she enjoys competing in cross-fit competitions, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
Stephanie Krista, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Stephanie grew up in New Orleans and moved to the north shore in 1980. She graduated from Covington High School and went on to graduate from the Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Stephanie has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years, and she has been working with Grand Family Dentistry since 2004. Stephanie is happily married with two kids; her son is currently serving in the U.S. Navy and her daughter is in her first year of high school. When she is not working, Stephanie enjoys baking wedding cakes and doing yard work.
